Problem & Partnership
Founded to fill gaps in young adults’ sexual wellness care, Juna approached Polyform with a mission to make high-quality, empathetic support accessible to Gen Z. With telehealth rising and stigma persisting, the opportunity was to combine digital-native design with medical treatment options—ranging from STIs to contraception—into a trusted and discreet platform.
We began with deep user research and co-creation workshops, speaking directly with young adults, clinicians, and educators. Our goal was to build a brand and product ecosystem that felt safe, trustworthy, and approachable. We refined user flows around testing, discreet deliveries, and conversational support, ensuring each interaction built confidence and normalized care.
Project Description
Polyform crafted an end-to-end solution that spanned brand identity, responsive web design, UX/UI, and platform architecture. Juna’s streamlined portal let users explore treatment options, schedule telehealth consultations, and receive products within 1–2 days—all without insurance hurdles. The design emphasized privacy through neutral visuals, straightforward language, and 24/7 clinician support baked into the experience.
We also developed educational paths and optional “companion journeys” to guide users through treatment and follow-up—supporting retention and adherence. The result was a clean, empathetic, user-first platform that normalized sexual wellness and removed friction from care-seeking.
