Problem & Partnership
Founders of Ready Player Fit approached Polyform with a bold vision: to make fitness feel like play. They saw Gen Z blurring the line between gaming and wellness, and believed workouts should reward the same way games do. Their concept: integrate AI-driven routines with motivational loops like battle passes, streaks, and leveling.
We began by benchmarking AI fitness leaders and uncovering stale conventions. Interviews with gamers and fitness enthusiasts revealed demand for structure and fun. From research to wireframes, brand identity to launch strategy, our process was holistic. We centered on one insight: the workout should feel like a game, not a chore.
Project Description
Polyform led end-to-end delivery: product design, brand, website, marketing, investor pitch assets and more. We introduced Ready Player Me avatars so users could see themselves completing workouts. Unreal-powered 3D animations made the experience feel like AAA game moments—AI routine generation earned personalization without complexity.
This wasn't just interface design—it was systems design. XP tracking, daily quests, avatar skins, and adaptive feedback ensured users wanted to return. The result was a fitness platform rooted in motivation structure gamers recognize, combined with safe, effective AI coaching.
