We worked with RTFKT to create a Pokemon GO style game for sneakerheads. It featured collectible NFT sneakers, upgrades, shoe attributes, AR virtual try-on, and an AR unboxing / minting experience. All of this was powered by Playstation, XBox, and an iOS app.
Pokemon-Go and other collection-mechanic driven games provided the inspiration. We then added our magic touch with super tuned balancing and community integration. We created a frictionless purchasing, minting, and trading userflow for buying sneaker NFT’s. We encouraged the gamer community by incentivising login via gamer tag (X-Box & PS).
In 2019 NFT’s were a brand new concept. We didn’t even call them NFT’s, we called them “Digital Collectibles”. Without really knowing it we were creating one of the very first NFT games and innovating with AR and console gaming integrations in ways that still haven’t been replicated.

RTFKT have gone on to become Web3 icons since working with Polyform Studio. The shoes we created for this game went on to earn millions as NFT’s and paved the way for CloneX the RTFKT NFT project that landed them their acquistion by Nike and a place in the NFT hall-of-fame as one of the GOATs.
