It was a pleasure collaborating with Lululemon’s internal Research & Development (R&D) Team to design the first-ever Digital Community Board. The boards serve as a personal shopper; recommending garment pairings and inventory, an interactive concierge service; that connects shoppers with places to see, eat, or sweat in the surrounding area, and so much more.
We collaborated with Virtual Visions, who made the hardware for the device while crafting the interface and experience, and worked closely with Lululemon’s brand team to make sure the interface and execution was on point.
The entirety of the engagement lasted 18 months. Afterwards, we helped Lululemon create and hire for an internal team that now manages the program.
